This controversy is a very big evidence on how corrupt our government is.  I think they really took advantage of how the people of the Philippines trust them.  Party-List Representative Antonio L. Tinio was right to say that the money that was somehow lost could have made a lot of difference in our country. This article somehow shows how the Arroyo administration corrupted our poor country. I don't think they have a right to stay free. For me, they should not be given Human rights for they did not even give human respect to the people of the Philippines.
